This Is Rocket Racer and his car from one of my favourite games in 1999. Lego Racers.

About this creation

This is Rocket Racer and his supercar from the first Lego Racers game. I spent over 4 hours finding the pieces and looking at the original model on the Playstation. Instead of using the shiny chrome colour for the grilles on the exhausts and the rear side i used the flat silver coloured grilles that i got from various Tiny Turbos.

Rocket Racer himself was simple to make. I simply got a grey racing torso, a dark grey helmet and a head that looked similar to the real thing.

Nice job! Like you I love the lego racers game but have it for PC and I have always wanted to build this car but the parts are hard to come by. I'll keep looking but good job on the car, racer and background.

I totally appreciate this! All the way! I grew up on good ol' LEGO Racers, and I still love it :) Great MOC here, especially considering that there are no official parts or instructions to build this car. Once again, excellent work!

Also if you still can't beat rocket racer beat veronica voltage on all off her time trials, unlock her car, and then use her car to beat him. that is what i did!!!

Quoting Farhan Salman I always lose to this in the LEGO Racers game.

To me it was no worries. To beat him, all you have to do is work on a good enough strategy on collecting green and white power up bricks and master the boost start.
