A working model of the AutoMag .44 AMP. (I think it is actually the very first on MOCpages)
About this creation
This is a working model of the AutoMag .44 AMP.
Credit for the mechanism goes to Jack Streat.
It holds about 6-7 rubberbands and sometimes leaves welts on bare skin, depending on how sensitive the skin is and how new the rubberband is.
I made it based on Jack Streat's Glock 17 mechanism, but I just changed around the outside of it. It's my most accurate pistol, That hit 7 out of 7 targets (On average, out of 10 tests) when tested, with 7 rubberbands loaded. I apologize for the not-so-good picture quality, so please bear with me. I did make a second Automag, but i decided to just show the black one, as it looks better.
*UPDATE* I messed up:The little triangles on the front of the grip are not on the real gun, but i forgot to remove them from the handle when I made this gun, as i basically just changed the body of it from a Glock, not messing with the handle. I also looked back at the picture i used and saw that i also got the triggerguard a little messed up too.

And one more pic of the gun.
Please tell me what you think!

I like the handle design.
If I were you, I'd try removing the visible holes on the sides; maybe with SNOT plates?
Sure, but what is SNOT? (i am new to mocpages) |
