Nassau port 1718
Nassau in the New providence island of Bahamas was major port of Caribbean pirates 1715-1718 this lego presentation however is fictional...
About this creation
Is this guy shipwrecked or what since he seems not to have a ship....?

Fort to protect pirates....

Insides of the tavern (tan building)- sorry about the pic...

Upstairs of the tavern- wench of course...

Outside of the tavern....

This white building with hayroof (i hope you like it's my first big building with a hay roof) is loosely based in reality- it is said that sailmakers widow líving in Nassau started business to sew pirate flags, jolly rogers for piratecaptains- sign says "Flags and Jacks"...

Insides with a widow flags all over and Blackbeard getting his new flag (those silverclips are supposed to be scissors- it is the part that lego should make- i've never seen scissors at least is there any part like that? Should be...)

orange tree... i just did it i dunno why....
docks with stuff....

This street merchant is selling (stolen) goods...
Not always pirating this guy comes from fishing...

Pirate fort another view- flag is one used really by the French pirate Emmanuel Wynne so it has no real connections to Nassau but it looked good and no one knows whether or not there were a pirate flag then...probably not really

Pirates are joyriding with carriage and lots of rum...

Quoting Captain Jerrod Um, is it where the Dutch attack the Chinese secret city? Also if I get enough good pirate Mocs on my page can I be a Pirate Lord? ~Jerrod~
No i'm not doing that story anymore sorry it is boring to build same city twice (it is now taken apart) And you must win part of the conquest to be a pirate lord you can be "captain" and moderator since you're active but you have to make moc for the contest and win to be a lord contest is now at break it continues after christmas with Caspian sea and Black sea mocs- so you should do eastern turkish/persian/russian/romanian/bulgarian pirates for that theme...or then take part for another conquest...

Quoting oucho t cactus looks great man, you really captured the essence of a poor and hectic port, in parts it looks like jerusalem from assasins creed
Oh that is not my meaning but i think it doesn't matter- is assassin's creed a good game?

Well done. The thatched roof, the custom flags, the great use of parts from multiple lines, all wrapped up in a great MOC!

There's quite a lot of action to be seen here. All the figures and their actions are excellent. The small details such as the cart, eye-patches and shark as a symbol are all great additions. For your roofs, there's an interesting roof technique topic over at Eurobricks. Good day
