RATCATCHER
My entry to Shadowgear6335's Gear Contest.
About this creation
The Gear Contest (Shown here) is, basically, to make an entry made in his gear style. I went overboard. How do you like him?

Oh, and this is also my newest 'Edz MOC. He uses the drillbit from those Power miners sets.
And he has treads in his feet.

And a bigass sword.

And my new hand design, which uses a star wars droid body instead of an Exo-Force one.

His story is nonexistant, although I guess he's some sort of gearpunk pest control thingy from wherever...

Anyway. I almost have the video done. I hope I win ^^

That's the risk of challenging people at doing something in your style: they can outbuild you :)

I don't think I could EVER get as clean as Cameron's Gearpunk MOCs... I don't have enough of the right peices :P On the contrary, you have many small pieces as well as current pieces and YOU have equal talent. If you look at Cameron's Gearpunk Mocs or other creations, he does not use much gears or parts. He just selects a few pieces and place them in the right places and creates something that has never been seen before. Also and most importantly, he is VERY VERY good at taking pictures. His background is so clean. He shoots at a closeup using macro and angles to highlight his creations. His mocs are not design for much movement but more for display which suits him just fine. That last criteria frees him from some limitations in designing.

Wow... very good MOC! It has a nice steampunk, but still modern, style... I liked the music too...

Quoting Harvey Cu Very interesting. Not as clean as Cameron's gear mocs though but nevertheless exceptionally built.
