Here's another. Finally, one I can look at without facepalming. Far better than the last one.
About this creation
Im like teh bestest Counter Strike palya eva but miy computr gos slow w/ all te aimbots and maphacks and ghost codes ive got so i need u guys at te compy shop to like get me a fsater one
Get the idea?
That's how he can go through the walls with a laser pistol, even though it's a World War FPS: is teh cheets lolololol.
Apparently they're everywhere.
I wouldn't be at all surprised.
For the uninitiated: Aimbot: a computer script/automated process that automatically locks your aim on a target, ensuring you always hit. A sure sign of a cheater is when every single shot from an innaccurate weapon goes on target every time.
Maphack: a hack that affects the map. Simple, really. Things like this allow access to unusual places, remove fog/darkness etc., allsorts. Really nasty, because some players are actually good enough to make a nigh-impossible rocketjump and can get banned for cheating.
It's never really the cheaters that get kicked, you see.
Really good players tend to be the ones who get accused of cheating.
Although sometimes they are...
Ghost code: I'm not sure what this is actually called, but I know they exist; they permit someone to go through walls at will, and, in some cases, fly.
Nasty.
And, last but not least, item spawn codes. Whether scripts, hacks or mods, they let players get 'special' weapons.
Maybe a one-hit KO sniper version of the tommy gun the dev team put in for testing and forgot to remove completely, maybe an easter egg that's only meant to be found in one level of the campaign that can be hacked into multiplayer, maybe a mod or a changed version of something else, but still, not something that's supposed to be in the game.
And then there's the god mode cheats: invincibility and unlimited ammo are the most common of those.
They do exactly what they say on the tin.

Cheaters never really win, true winners never cheat. |

Down with Cheaters! I hate using cheats; they take all the fun out of everything. |

(5/5) Sadly its hard to find a non-hacked server these days... Oh and can you judge for the #rd fleet MOC-OFF?
Dunno; I guess so. |

Apart from that, I kept owning him and he eventually left. Go me! |

Yeah, I've played loads of games online, and I am quite good at one of them. I was winning, and everyone was complaining that I was too good. I said, "Fine, but if you wanna play good don't cheat. That's one rule." Good advice, huh? Anyway, I was playing another game, and there was a guy who was, hacking. I could just see it. I was across the other side of the map, and he shot me! In the head! 3 times in a row! I then switched to being a spectator (Just watching the game) And I knew he was hacking, because the gun instantly aimed at the nearest person's head. So you can tell I have had run-ins with cheaters before. I reckon cheating is ok on some single player games, but it's wrong to cheat online. That's my opinion. Nice MOC.
Of course. If one person cheats, the others will have to cheat as well to beat them; they'll rip through the newbies in moments, who'll go and download some aimbots... |

I seem to recall them being called
"TeH HaKeRz". At any rate, COD4 for the PC has far too many of these.
It's a popular series. It's to be expected. If you ask me, the only 'winning' in an online game is by having some of the fun involved. That's why TF2 seems to be so popular. |

This one I've been expecting from you! Most of your other microvigs... you know. From the comment below, I think you should try make a lagger vig, how about that C?
Probably. Captain Collateral probably won't be able to show the full extent of his powers without a full sized vig. |

Well, on Stick arena, people called me a hacker because I had a slow computer so I was jumping all over the place, even though they killed me, and they left.
That's not your computer, it's your connection. It's called lag. It means, basically, that if people want you dead they have to shoot at where they think you WILL be, rather than where you appear to be. Of course, high settings on a computer that can barely handle them can play a part too. |
