In the early 1950’s Stock car racers christened the Hudson Hornet with the “Fabulous” prefix because no other car of the time could match the Hudson’s bulletproof construction, low center of gravity, good handling, and factory support. If you want to now more about this forgotten car that made history on the NASCAR circuit, have a look at the following link : http://blog.cardomain.com/2009/03/25/cardomain-obscure-muscle-car-parking-lot-the-fabulous-hudson-hornet/#more-14642

Hey, Vinney, I was wondering, on your homepage, you said you don't do ONLY cars and trucks, you should make Halo vehicles! |

The front is superb, and the wheels too! I think I've seen those wheels on another moc though...oh well :] Anyways, you recreated the fabulous hudson hornet in lego fabulously. :D |

This is an extraordinary amount of detail and accuracy for such a small scale. It's absolutely fantastic! Deffinately worthy of 5 Minifig heads!! Usually I make large scale cars, but since seeing your models, I've become a huge fan and have been inspired by you and a couple of other to make my own 5-wides. If you could check out my first couple of models, it would mean a lot :) http://www.mocpages.com/folder.php/130548 |

5/5 great work, love the detailing especially the front end. I think you used minifig hands on the bar but I don't know what the curved bit is, do tell. |

This is amazing! My 8 year old son was searching specifically for a Lego Hudson, and I told him I was pretty sure there wasn't one, but looked what turned up! He pulled out his Legos and tried to put one together, but he got really frustrated that we didn't have all the right pieces in all the right colors. Plus, it's really hard to figure out how to do the parts we can't see. Do you ever offer instructions for any of your work? (Lego would be wise to buy up your designs and package them! My son is always looking for "classic cars," in Lego, and they don't have them as much as they have race cars, which don't interest him.) Now...any ideas on how to construct a Lego Deusenberg? |
