The Abyss' BRC character, 5 years on. A lot has changed...
About this creation
Rames finally managed to settle back down in Vulcanus, and re-began his Glatorian Training. He is now a competent fighter, and the only Vulcanusian glatorian considered better than Rames now is Ackar - the legendary toa/glatorian himself.
Rames has his house on the outskirts of Vulcanus, near Telzira's. The two have found deep love with each other, and he is saving up for a larger house for the both of them. He has elaborate, optimistic plans for the future.
His hand was the work of Drachen, now deceased. Fenrir brought hin to Drachen's palace after Rames had lost his old hand, and constucted this one for him. It is fireproof, incredibly strong, and requires little maintenance.
He wears a full suit of armour in battle, including flame-styled pauldrons and a rather elaborate helmet. It once belonged to a glatorian named Mira ((My characer)), now retired, who sold the helmet to him. It serves him well.
He traded in his old double-axe for a new one which he can use to emit black fire. Although not blessed with Toa abilities, he is perfectly capable of fighting one in a match with the possibility of winning.
Rames' powers are strange in nature, however. The black fire, and the perseverance of shadows around him, reveal energy of a dark nature. Naturally, this makes him worried...

The first Rames MOC looked rather noobish, to be honest. I made him look bigger, badder, more professional.
Yes. I used Blu-tak on the head. I generally do use that stuff on Glatorian heads, just because there is an extreme shortage of Glatorian Helmet designs out there for the time being, and I hate using the new ones for fear of looking Noobish. Heh. As if. I ALWAYS look noobish. Carrying on...
His right arm has more pieces than the whole of the rest of the MOC. Wierd huh?

I like that right arm too. Quoting Gringat The Stormlord
As far as I know, I'm the first to use that shoulder design. Did you copy it from me, or do great minds think alike? :) Excellent MOC, by the way. I've got a few of those magnets myself I should use...
I didn't ever see that used before. It's one of my favorite joints, and I use it on all sorts of stuff. |
