It looks simular, but this version has over 100,000 pieces and the old one had about 60,000. The mountain portion looks simular from the front only, this version has a lot more interior details in the rooms and has custom speeders and a custom Falcon, just to name a few things..

Exelent I saw your first one last year and it made me realy want to get the set but every one was sold out so I maid my own and I was half finished when I took it a part now I am working on a new one I am still figuring out how much it will cost and how to make it all I think mine will be 3' x 4' I may have to make it 3' x 3' if I run out of space. Wonderfull job I heard this got into the lego star wars dictionary congradulations.
