This is a fast reconnaissance vessel with the central purpose of gathering and providing Intel to the higher levels of command. It also has a secondary task of insertion where it may serve as transport for up to six commandoes. Its armoury is unconventional, for its only weaponry is positioned aft; this is due to the simple fact that in an engagement scenario the enemy is likely to be placed either behind, as the vessel is pursued in its recognisance missions, or alongside in its insertion role.
