I didn't specifically have flash forward in mind, I just like having little things like that, it sorta completes the hideout. anyways, Parasite's only natural power is absorbing energy and, in the case of metahumans, powers. in the official comic he absorbed a shape shifter, but he didnt in these. and the spare suit (in my mind) is supposed to be a replica of the original sent with Superman by Jor-El, presumeably made my machines in the Fortress of Solitude. I mean, he can't just wait for his suit to be sewn back up every time it's damaged.
