Imperial AT-AT
After a long break from SW-building I felt the urge again. This is my rendition of the AT-AT in micro/mini/midi scale (I don't know the proper term here, help me out...) Inspiration and ideas for this creation is borrowed/stolen from the talented builder Moodswim. Thanks alot! And make sure to visit his page if you haven't yet, it's totally worth the while. This AT-AT is meant to be part of my and my brother's upcoming Endor battle dio.

Great one, I love the shape. Do you mean Hoth battle dio? You said endor. (not criticism) One way to improve the feet is to rotate the wheels one notch, so the circle is directly to the side, then put a technic piece with the stud on the end in there. Lastly, put a square stud piece and a cheese slope on top. I hope I helped! Awesome Micro! ~Blake~

Cool! This creation is so well done, I have to get nitpicky: I suggest using 2x2 discs for the neck, to better simulate the ribbed texture it has.

Quoting Moodswim . This looks awesome, man! I'm glad my version inspired you to try your own:) I'd have to say that you definately made some great improvements over mine. I love it!
Thank you, I don't know if I had tried an AT-AT if it wasn't for yours. And I definately don't know about the improvement part... I guess it's in the eye of the beholder.

Quoting Steef de Prouw Coolness! This is one of my all-time favourite vehicles from SW. So much, in fact, that I haven't dared touch it yet to create a MOC out of it. I really love the head/cockpit. And I think this one's female. She might be a bit pregnant, see, and her legs *are* getting a bit fatter, hahaha. But most of all: great stuff.
Hehe, agree on that too. The AT-AT proportions are tough to get right...

Quoting Steef de Prouw And, and I was thinking (this is not criticism): If you put a technic pin through the wheels that are his feet, you could also put a cheese slope on the sides of its feet.
Yeah, you've read my mind, I actually planned to do that but got lazy... My light grey cheesies are either used or scattered. Thank you for tipping and commenting!
