After not using my NXT for 6 months or longer, I decided to start easy by making a sumo bot called the "mini brutal sumo 2."
About this creation
The mini brutal sumo the 2nd isn't your average mini sumo, it's a super sumo. Not as powerful as it's bigger brothers... including the first, its still impressive, and has a high quality build. The Programming is still in the process, and a video will come after its completed. The mini brutal sumo 2 has claws in front of it to fight its opponent with a mix of pain-inducing attacks. For 3 seconds, it waits to strike. Then, it turns into a 180-degree angle until the ultrasonic finds its opponent. Now it moves forward at full speed to push its opponent. If that fails, its light sensor kicks in and lets it follow the line a bit, move forward 2 rotations, spins 360 degrees, and the loop is repeated. That's about it, I hope you like it.
If you want to see the brutal sumo collection I made, go onto the NXTLog, search "action_puny" and you should see some of my creations as well as the other sumos. Only, don't expect new robots from that account anymore, Im going to use another account called "NXTPuny194" just so you know.
Movie coming soon

Wow! Very cool and lives up to its name! I like your programming strategy. If you would like you can add it to my sumo group here on MOCpages! |

very nice creation, lots of PM green and even has Bionicle hubcaps :) it looks quite brutal indeed... now what type of programming do you plan for it? have you tested it with a static object in the ring yet?
As it turns out, I think I might actually start programming with RobotC, because Im going to need to learn it. |

NXT-G to program it, My NXC is having issues with my computer. |
