I've seen a lot of Tiger I tanks on MOC-pages, so it was not my intention to build one. But expirimenting on buildig a new tank as an opponent for my T-34 there was suddenly this Tiger I.
The Tiger I was in fact the answer of the German on the T-34, together with the Panther. The Tiger had thicker armour and was armed with the famous 88 mm gun. It forced the Russian to upgrade the T-34. This was the T-34/85 with a bigger turret and a 85 mm gun (see Daniel Siskinds version of this one).

This looks very luxurious and royal tome, especially because it's white. This could be something for a queen or king. |

Ill be postin a Tiger V2 soon, and that will have smoke launcher techniques, so come check it out (when it comes). I never thought to check the turret in relation to the wheels, I always measured it in relation to the foward hathces.
Thanx Kriss, I'm looking forward to your Tiger V2. |

Prety good, the turret is mounted to far back, as are the smoke launchers, but other than that this is a really great Tiger! =)
Thanx± You´re right on the smoke launchers. If there are suggestions how tot put them forward I´m greatfull.
The turret may seem to be to far back, but according to the picture in my WW II book it is placed right, looking at it´s position in relation to the wheels. I´ll add a side shot. |
