Fighting the Yankee menace.

Yankee forces are once again creating trouble in the British protectorate of Nadul.

Their attacks on the caravan routes have been extensive. As a result the unit of station in Nadul; the 1st Battalion, the Royal Tabnerian Rifles, has recently been reinforced with elements of the 2nd (Sikh) Battalion, which has arrived from India.

The 2nd Battalion elements; three infantry platoons and one trooop of lancers, were dispatched to the Kasand region to investigate reports of Yankee activity.

Surely enough, reconnaissance patrols by the lancers pinpointed the Yankee position. It is a small two cannon battery, which overlooks the Rabak Wadi through which the caravan route in this area passed.

The Yankee main encampment, though, remained undiscovered. So Colonel Winters, currently visiting the 2nd Battalion units detached to his command, decides to attack. A swift strike is needed. Winters dispatches the lancers who manage to surprise the battery's defenders and destroy one of the cannon as well as render the gunpowder magazine useless. However, they are driven off by Yankee reinforcements.

When they return, Winters takes stock of the situation and decides that a full attack should be made. Leaving one platoon to defend the Princess Alice Barracks, he orders the lancers to carry out a 'noisy' sweep to the North; to get the Yankees' attention, while he advances with 2 platoons from the South of the objective.

I like battle MOC'S so I DON'T EVEN CARE that the americans lose ALL the time because look at it guys (i AM american) we a love a good batttle MOC and we all now war and he likes the british and the indians more and look at it reallistically the americans are doing the attacking which is MUCH harder than defending the positions americans will be americans and do what they do best and that is LEAVE the homeland take somewhere else and HOLD that position until it is securly in are hands just look at the south in the civil war or the japanese territorial expansion and the american island hopping overall great MOC

heres to andrew:just because he is using american themed soldiers doesnt mean that he has anything against the us.heck,they might be french or british.but honestly,i dont think there would be any americans in tunisia or anywhere near in 1886.the english were more into conquering than us.anyway,good moc,but i can only see the first pic, the one where the doods arew getting attacked. -Nate,12.

This is a great MOC. And guys below me, guess what. Americans (I am half korean) are one of the largest nations to have contributed to global warming. In other words, Americans are speeding up the end of the world. I am, all you guys are... America, even though it is a new nation, is already catching up to Asia (Japan and China) in how much it contributes to global warming, even though Chin and Japan are really really old!!! I ain't BSing you. If you don't believe me, watch Ferenheit 911 and 'An Inconvinient Truth'. Once again though, AWESOME MOC.
