Here is one of my entries into BrickCon 2009 in Seattle! This is a hot dog factory/restaurant. The hot dogs are made from some questionable meats.
About this creation
Here is the whole model. It's on a 15 x 15 baseplate. I covered the floor with tiles for a more polished look.
These are the guys that unload the truck.
A big truck delivers all the "ingredients."
I tried to make all the employees look like shady characters.
This machine is where they dump in a bunch of additives.
This guy makes sure all the hot dogs shoot down the ramp.
More shady looking frontline cashier guys.
Fetching some hot dogs.
...
That guy on the right is really happy to be eating these delicious hot dogs.
It's a soda machine!
Here's a shot of the furnace cutting machine.
Some more of the machinery.
Some more of the machinery.
Rats!
You had to see that coming.
Here are a few shots of the truck I put together.
I was able to get a bunch of these minifigure 30th anniversary tiles at BrickCon 2008. They became part of the flooring of the restaurant and have something to do with the logo for the place. All the employees wear the same logo on their shirts.
Here are a couple shots without all the people in them.
