Death Walker
A Mech built to inspire fear.
About this creation
With this Mech, I wanted to do 2 things. One, to make a Mech with the not so traditional look. And two, to give the ability to pose the legs. I made pivoting hips and feet to accommodate different leg positions. The top portion can swivel back and forth and the guns can swivel up and down. And of course, it has a minifig pilot.

A very successful Walker (I've made some catastrophic-& obviously unposted- attempts at large walkers, tho' I seem to do better with smaller ones: some 8 months ago I built 3 slightly different models I might post pictures of soon, I hope), it would certainly be terrifying to face it on the battlefield!

Quoting Kir Kanos Kalinka I absolutely love this so I have nothing bad to say here. The way it resembles a skull and its mouth is awesome! could you tell me how to build the legs and what joints you used because I plan to branch off to mech sometime.
I used the technic joints found in the Scout Walker and General Grievous sets. These are the strongest click joints that I know of. I use technic beams as a framework for the legs and try to make them as strong as possible.

This has inspired me to step up my game. Great detail and kudos for the skull design. the hip joints look extremely strong. i made need to copy your design of them in my upcoming mech. It's not often you see this cross-platform of styles work so well. The weapons are very well done with detail and realism.

there are too many people here doing walking mechas and they all look great but rarely do they look original. I can name only few with that much style. You are one of them because this one is original alright! No one so far did something like this. This scares the living daylights! A horror walker is fantastic and gatling guns are the best ones I ever saw. No one so far made them this realistic. They are the most frightening thing about it. Bravo!
