Lego House
Here is a little project I built one rainy afternoon with my sister. It isn't much but I the design is pretty good so I'm proud of it : ).
About this creation
This Lego House was built by my sister and I one rainy afternoon using Legos from my boxes. It's multicolored but the design is pretty good and aside from the roof which can cave in if too much pressure is put on it, it is also quite sturdy. There is actually a story behind that strange hinged door. My sister wanted the front side of the house to open up completely so she could put mini-figures in easily, but I wanted to put in the small hinged prison door to make the house more realistic looking. So, as a compromise, I created this little pivot mechanism that would let the door spin completely open, but also look realistic when closed. It turned out to look nice in the end. Hope you like it!
