As a UK fan of Star Wars, This is a Brilliant and large Lego Model of Millennium Falcon, I just love built the interior, how man pieces did you have to use, as I am designing a Minifigure Scale spaceship from Blake's 7 called Scorpio which is being still designed, the interior is now finished just need to do the roof and radar now , I have included the url for my Lego Blake's 7 Scorpio. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/355299

That's a radical build. I've been looking for a Lego Millennium Falcon on eBay, but they are just too expensive. If I have to go with UC Millennium Falcon, I will. Did you make a floor plan for this build?

No, the inside had technic beams/cross members for supports going across and all over. I basically had to remove the structure, then rebuild the entire back section so I could detail it out.

Typo: "My Millennium Falcon with a detailed custom interior. This Falcon will be in my new Hoth layout. That is the main "reaon" I made the layout bigger." Just thought that might help. About the actual creation: I can't pick my jaw up off of the floor, but fortunately my fingers can still type.

WOW- one of the biggest ships i've seen and legendary Millenium Falcon herself! Excellent work- btw i see you gave green saber to Luke- it really seems to be green in that scene but then it turns white and acts strangely to the lightsaber- since that is not corrected to the dvd version -i wonder if that is just a mistake or is the crystal in the saber supposed to be sort of practising crystal like the younglings had in ep2- even though blade seems normal there- anyway good moc...

Thanks, and yes I basically rebuilt the UCS model and made it stable. The shell and front is the only original portion. I must commend you on building a complete Falcon on your own, nice.

Upgraded UCS, but basically the only original parts are the shell of the falcon, had to rebuilt it to allow for the UCS skin.

WOW, this is very big, have you built ship on your own or is it upgraded UCS product ?? anyway this is truly awesome =)

It is basically the same. I changed alot of the pieces from the light blue gray to the old light gray to give it a weathered look and I did have to make a couple of modifications.

This is in the running for one of the best custom Falcon interiors. i see the hallway leading from the cockpit gave you some trouble, I've only seen one person redesign that well. did you do any custom work on the top of the ship or is it just an open layout now? very nice work.
