LOL, I have 2 older kids and i can remember a few times that happened to me. Hey thanks for the quick responce. I've gotton alot of inspiration from your rockcrawling buggy and I have a couple of axles in the works now. I hope to have a body to go with those axles soon. I finally got the gearing right in both even though they are totally different. It's like a Dana 44 and and a Dana 70. That's how different. I'll post picks soon. Thanks man.

Quoting Rockcrawler 247 1. Why do you have extra shocks on the 3Link arms? 2. Why a screw gear for powering the Diff? Doesn't that make the car quite slow.
1. At first I only wanted the shocks on the arms, but as the build progressed the car got heavier and additional shocks were needed. 2. Worms gears for torque. But they were too slow and had too much friction. So I took out the diffs and put a motor on each axl. I didn't get any pics before my 2-year old used it as a push car. I don't need to mention that it needs rebuilding do I?

Impressive, but I have a couple of question for you. 1. Why do you have extra shocks on the 3Link arms? Was the body just to heavy for the axles? and 2. Why a screw gear for powering the Diff? Doesn't that make the car quite slow. A whole lot a torque ya, but really very slow isn't it? I think the 80 degrees of articulation is Awesome BTW. You don't see that much in competition crawlers.

Quoting justin darksheep that is what i said i would pay for instructions for this moc
Sorry - but I can't give you any better instructions than this. All I have are the pics. I don't make sketches or use ldd. It's all trial and error - well mostly error actually. I spend as much time taking bricks apart as I do putting them together. Just try things out and don't look at other peoles stuff to much - you might just end up with something completely new and amazing. Happy building.

You really give out good advices in pictures. I might copy you on some things but I have to say, on my Citroen Ultra model I did some similar mechanics as you have. I am saying only similar. One day when I'll disassemble it I'll show

I was to lazy to make any notes on each picture. If there be any questions(pirate talk is great) - please ask and I will try to answer them here.
