Exploration Submarine
This smiling fish is actually a submarine ideal for exploring the seabottom. lenght: 50 studs, width: 28 studs, height: 14 bricks
About this creation

I really HAD to take this picture, I couldn't resist to make it the main picture as well...

This how it is supposed to look, the 'eyes' are actually strong lights to search the sea bottom (I know this doesn't make sense)

This is funny looking seadevil is actually a submarine used for exploring the sea bottom,
it serves as a mobile research center, it has a crew of 4 and, when suplied it can stay underwater for two week so the crew can study the seabottom without getting to the surface all the time for oxigen.

The submarine is quite compact and playable, the top consist out of different panels which can be taken off,
here's a top view of the sub with all panels taken off.

Behind the cockpit two rooms, the right one(when standing behind the cockpit) holds two beds (there must always be 2 crew members awake) and a sink, the left one holds the oxigen tank and the valve to open it ( more tanks are in the hull, not really but just imagine)
In the center of the submarine is a ladder leading to the hyperbaric chamber so divers can easely leave the submarine or enter underwater.
And in the back is the engine room.

The wide cockpit holds advanced sensors and radars and sonars and has big windows to get a good view on underwater activity.
The submarine can be controlled by one man, all hatches and fins are controlled electronically so just push the buttons.

The cockpit is defenitly the best part about the sub, two chairs (and I could put in 6 more if I wanted to) and some computers to make it look high tech.

I actually made a mistake here, the sub has strong lights on top and small lights installed under the cockpit, It would be more logical if the sub had its strong lights faced down, to light up the seabottom but on the other hand, I wouldn't had been able to take that funny picture.

The hyperbaric chamber is a compartiment placed on top of the sub.

This ladder leads to the hyperbaric chamber

I used a trapdoor piece for the hatch

Inside the hyperbaric chamber

The engine, I just threw something together here

The propeller

the two small compartiments.

The cool thing with the panels is that when you take them all off you can easely make it look like the sub is half underwater.

oh, almost forgot, the engine room holds two high pressure diving suits, on extreme depths you can't go diving in your swimming pants, the water will chrush you.

This was it, I hope you like it, I'm going underwater now, see ya later.

Gaaf, man.
