About this creation
i tried uploading pictures, on every one of my creations, this site will not let me no matter what i do, it wont let me click on any little words high lighted in blue, like group rules or help. So i clicked open new tab, then i tryed upload'n pics 10 times, each time i failed, so i tried upload'n one tiny picture, took about 10 minutes, this screen popped up with the picture, i clicked continue, it took me to a blank page where it said continue again and the photo was not uploaded. So i had to upload them all on photo bucket then copy and paste they're links to my creation's page. I have been having all kinds of problems on mocpages with just about every single little thing on the site, i have no problems with every other site i know, i know everything about my computer, i got the buckeye thing, i got tons of virus programs, i use Firefox as my internet browser, i have a very reliable fast computer. I am currently waiting for an email from sean kenny on all the problems i am encountering
Toa of water
cecil's huge wings send him soaring through the water like an eagle soaring through the sky, but his speed could be easier related to a torpedo rather thn an eagle, he is propelled through the water by strong blades at the end of his hand, the blades speed so fast they appear to be only one blade when going full speed, sometimes they are barely visible at all, they make a loud slicing sound when activated, they send him roaring through the water at speeds of 250mph, his wings stabilize him, he uses them for steering, he can make sharp turns, dives and even 50f.t leaps out of the water. He cannot operate out of the water long limiting him greatly, he needs to be moist, if he becomes dry, he shuts down, everything not bio mechanical on his body, such as his mechanic blades run on hydroelectric power, considering that water is all around him, he never has a shortage, he does not tire, his very propulsion also can act as a shield, it can block projectiles at any speed, the sharp blades tear a part even the hardest of substances because of how fast the can go, so his blades are great for propulsion, defense, but also attack, he can use the blades as a weapon thrusting it into an enmy shredding deep with in its armor in a fraction of a second, if a bionicle cannot avoid these blades he can be sliced right in half and depending how long he is exposed like if the blades had contact with him more then 3 seconds he could be in even more pieces. besides his shield his skin is coded with a thin layer of plasma that can withstand a substantial blow from any weapon, but it can be penetrated, considering his speed, its unlikely hed even be in a situation that such a thing could happen, he also has razor sharp claws witch can inflict deep, sometimes potentially deadly wounds if not treated, cecil lives no where, he is constantly on the move and he can be scene any where in the oceans. He never attacks unless attacked.

FanTASTIC use of...Agh, the name escapes me..The chest armor piece? I forget the name, but GREAT use of it!!! Very nice job here, very nice. |

why thank ye very much for ye comment and ye are very welcome for your answer. where was that question? oh also, i jus thought that'd be a good idea, i dunno, thought it'd jus be original, like have ye ev scene an animal transformer they'd always have they're beats form's head as thay're chest plate, i jus thought it'd look cool, oh and it glows in the dark |
