These are influenced by Space Pirate's N.E.O.S. hardsuits: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/143334 If you haven't, check them out! They're awesome! Well I decided to use this idea but apply it to the Star Wars universe.
The M.E.C.H. was originally designed for the Republic and used only rarely for missions on planets with extremely harsh environments. After Order 66, these hardsuits were used by the new Empire in greater numbers to wipe out remaining Jedi because it's armor is thick enough to withstand several lightsaber attacks. The M.E.C.H. is armed with a blaster cannon and a gatling missile launcher.

Awesome, man! The republic hardsuit color scheme is very well done. But the Imperial one could maybe use a bit of black or something. I don't know. I like the feet 'n stuff. Overall, very nicely built! |

Extra Kudos points to you for it to be able to fit a whole mini-fig! Oh, and you asked about which one was Tom's entry, well it's his hardsuit, the one that's at like the very bottom of his most recent list. If it's not there, the go to his mech and hardsuit folder. It should be the only hardsuit there. |

Great job on it Swim! I love all the joints and detail on the suit and it just looks perfect with the Storm Trooper head! I love the rocket launcher thingies and the overall appearance. Great job! |
