The Nimrod Class fighters are designed to defend cargo ships transporting minerals from the Outer Rim mining planets. A short range, swift fighter stationed on board the big transport ships to be launched under an attack from raiding space pirates. I continue being lazy, the only sets used this time are the Granite Grinder, the Boulder Blaster and the Thunder Driller from the Power Miners line. The canopy and the pilot's black visor are borrowed. Rate and/or comment please!

Nice one! I like the idea of transforming the Power Miners theme into something...spacey. The combination of lime green and orange underlines the aggressive persona of this neat fighter. |

I agree, Powerminers just got their ticket to the cool- department! This is great! Nice colours and the shape is brilliant! You have really succeed to get the "powerminers"- look! I have to say that the thruster is great ;)
and I just love the little "side-dish" next to the ship!

Very nice! The cover picture really doesn't do this MOC justice, you know. Great shape and colouring, I love all the weapons you managed to cram into it, particularly how you integrated the bionicle EMP gun. That engine certainly means business! :) |
