First MOC in a while, just to show I'm not dead.
About this creation
This is my first attempt at a toa of sulphur, which came out well, MOCwise, but I hadn't researched the element enough to model it properly. The colours are off, for one thing, and it also falls over a lot, due to having small feet and being topheavy.
Because of this, I completely disassembled it, and used exactly the same peices again to make the Official Thius, swapping the trans-orange parts for blue and blood red, representing sulfur in its burning, and liquid forms.
Story will be written with the official Thius, although I will tell you that his name is derived from Thiol, which is a scientific term for a substance containing sulphur, ie: Sodium Thiosulphate.
Photos were taken with my phone, really to remind me how to rebuild it after disassembling it, rather than to show you guys.
Oh, and those guys in the background will be posted as soon as I can be bothered. Among them are Gringat's Titan Form, Gringat as a Matoran, Xalos as a Matoran, Nivorn, a combo of a star wars and an exo-force set, and Turaga Moonstalker.
