My 3rd Dawn Forge Mech, but my first on MOCpages. This was a little build that I really am not happy with. It was taken apart almost instantly after the pictures were taken. It works great, but is just a bit ugly.

About this creation

This little guy is used by the Dawn Forge as a radar operator. The large, medium range radar suite on the mech's left "shoulder" (our right) is useful for thwarting surprise attacks and finding enemy positions.

The VIGILANCE's systems require little energy when idle so the mech can maintain constant watch. While in motion, however, the mech is quick and quiet and makes for a great scout unit.

The unit is armed with a small gatling gun on its right "shoulder" to defend itself from infantry attacks. It is not recommended to DF commanders to use the VIGILANCE as an anti-infantry weapon, as it is not well armored at the legs and hip joints. It can easily be toppled.

The primary use of the mech is for scouting, searching, and scanning which it does very well. The VIGILANCE is most useful when paired up with SAM batteries or other anti-aircraft weapons to provide targeting locations. It can also be a spotter for artillery.

hope you like this mech. I did enjoy making it, however badly it turned out. Next for DF will be my Police Mech and Medical mech. fun :P
