You just want the helmets? Sorry man, but the just helmet mold hasn't been made and may never even be put into production. I will try to work on it but the existing molds need work and it's hard to keep up with demand. If you only want 5 white helmets, I'll give you the 5th one free (they'll be helmet/jetpack combos for $6 a piece). Limited time offer. (only because white is the easiest to make.) Right now the helmet jetpack combo is 6 dollars. A separate helmet will be 4 dollars and a separate jetpack will be 4 dollars when those molds are made. The bricklink store isn't open yet, I'm still stocking up on helmets in case of high demand.

What do you use for the silicone molds?

I make silicone molds. After I make the mold, I mix up a batch of Resin. The resin I use consists of two chemicals you mix togeather that then dry within three minutes. I pour the resin into the mold and let it dry. Then you can pop the helmet out of the mold, and BAM! you've go a perfect replica of the original helmet!
