The SPHA-T was one of five types of SPHA's they were used mainly during the clone wars and a while after during the Galactic Empire. They were developed by Rothana Heavy Engineering a branch of Kuat Drive Yards and were designed to fulfill the role of mobile ground-based long-range artillery support. This is a 10th Sky Corps SPHA-T. It took a lot of work and it's a little small but I'm really happy with it. This ship was customized by Commander Strings to serve as the lead vessel of his squad of SPHA-T's. It also has the main features of any SPHA-T including a troop hold a bridge and of course the artillery.

@ commander storm: it stands for Self- Propelled Heavy Artillery - Transport. Great job on this model, you should make it studless! |

Great job, lots of detail and I really like the cannon with fig legs. The blue color scheme is also cool and the lime green studs just top it off! |

It's nice, but the real SPHA-Ts are at least 5 times bigger than that. ~moses |

Quoting swash buckler
Pretty nice- shape worked out well and colorscheme is personal- it is pretty little to be Spha-T- as seen in aotc they are much larger than At-Te:s -but maybe that doesn't matter you have done it pretty accurately and all those unsymmetrical details are very similar to the "real one" But cannon is toon symmetrically centered it should be more on the right than left side but just a few studs- still -afterall very good work =)
Thanks a lot for the comment. I actually totally forgot to move the cannon a little to the one side. And again thanks for the reminder! |
