About this creation

I myself, with no help whatsoever....(actually I just copy and pasted a normal one onto paint and edited the colours) made this torso decal!

I did this because I got the DS game Lego Battles and noticed that the Brits had inverse coloured jackets and epaulets. So I made a torso decal to match.
