Escape From City 17
I wonder how things are in City 16.
About this creation
Me latest and tallest Half Life vignette: Escape from City 17!

Gordon Freeman, the main character of the Half Life series, readies his crowbar for beating the hell out of a Metrocop.

On a street overlooking the canal system, two combine soldiers look for the escaping human. Check out the forced perspective skyscrapers in the background.

The crowbar is from www.Brickforge.com. It's cool, check the site out.

Sans minifigs.

My lame Lambda sticker, exploding barrel and tepid water. Hehe, "tepid".

The city skyline and boarded up house. Sorry folks, no Citadel in sight.

My awesome figs. From left to right: Metrocop, Gordon Freeman, Combine soldier and Combine soldier.

Great vig dude, I love half life! You should try to do a vig of the final battle in HL2, where Gordon is on top of the Citadel!

Quoting zkee eekz Very interesting to see how you managed to capture the familiar background building blocks of C17, with just a batch of car light bricks. In fact I found it so interesting that I signed up for MOCpages just to say this :) also, the wooden plank boarding the window, is that fitted just onto the little knobs for the window lids? is that tight enough or does it fall off easily? thanks for sharing.
Hey dude, thanks for the great review. It's always good when a creation inspires someone to join. The plank is fitted over the window knobs, with a tiny bit of clay hidden on the top knob for added support. It fell down too much normally so I just added that.

Another excellent HL2 moc! I like how we had almost the same basic idea for Gordon The crowbar, the wall scribble, the stash and the Combine fit in perfectly ^^

Good forced prespective. I don't know what HalfLife is, other than a game, but I'm all for crowbar weilding guys going up against the cops. That makes for a good news day. see ya. garth
