Here's my entry for Exclusively Pickups' latest contest. I built a modern LEGOŽ styled Toyota Tacoma. On this build, as well as a couple of other that I haven't uploaded yet, I used an interesting technique of fitting a wide-pin wheel on to a small-pin axel. See pic. 10 for that technique, and see pic. 11 for the real 2005 Tacoma. Please review, and thanks for looking!

Back view. Notice the brake light on the backside of the cabin.

Here's how I put a wide-pin wheel on to a small-pin axel: put a half technic pin in between the two. It wont feel like it fits on the axel, but it really does stay there fine.
If you take out a couple of plates, you get a low-rider ;) X-Runner, perhaps?
Extremely well done. The two tone color job really adds to the perfection, (mathematically thats not possible, but heck with math). I don't understand how you can get a 4-wide to look so accurate, I can't get anything to look better than a blob of snot unless it's bigger than 8-wide. I guess it's just not my cup of tea. Anyhow, great build and thanks for entering the contest. Judging starts at the end of the month.
