Several changes were made to this car, besides the obvious loss of a top...

About this creation

My personal favorite version of this car, the Spider... First off on the changes, in 1993, Ferrari decided to give the 348's lower body a painted color. From 1993 and later, the lower body was made to be body-colored. The engine was given a few more performance-oriented mods oer the years since the debut (none of which are shown here in Lego... XD) Now for the changes on the model itself... I have changed the lower-body color, and I have made the front grille to be more realistic by changing the back piece to black instead of red. The top of course was changed to black and was shortened, as is the real Spider's top. When the top is removed (or down, if you will) a smooth piece is placed to cover the open spot.

Well good luck on those, I'm sure they will turn out great! I'm not very good a building ferrari models (would you believe I'm Italian?!?) but I do want to try the F-430 Scuderia.

Thanks... The front hood actually opens as well, but I did not post a picture of it. My TB version does have a pic with the front hood open tho... I am planning on building another Ferrari using this frame and body actually... either the Mondial T or an F355 possibly. I'll have to see how they turn out. XD
