This is my first fighter plane MOC and my first World War II creation as well. I didn't feel like doing all the extra work neccessary to copy an excisting aircraft so I made my own. The Zephyr is a heavily Modified Messershmmit fighter piloted by squadron leader Colonel Wulf for the Lutwaffe. Her squadron mates fondly called the plane the "don't mess with her stuff!" because she had a bit of an anger problem. The fighter is bigger than most of the fighters and has a one of a kind engine custom made by the Colonel. Hope you enjoy this and hopefully more will follow...
About this creation
The front view of this fighter with its huge engine and 4 20mm cannons
An angled view.
A side view showing the profile of the aircraft
The top view. I think the wings could have used a bit more work with the shape and the cheep little Iron Crosses I put on them
The rear view showing my little excuse for a rear wheel.
A rear angled view
Another profile shot this time though, you can see the landing gear.
These are close ups of the huge radial air cooled engine with some of the heads showing.
The cockpit view... or is it a cockpit if a women is at the controls? Maybe it should be named something different
A view of Colonel Wulf with her big custom fighter
Hey, not bad for a first! I've been building WWII planes too, (none posted yet), and they're tough to build. The wings on your plane should be longer and narrower, but that's a whole lot better than my first fighter plane! Congrats!
