Very cool droid! There are so many more posable joints than in the official Battle Droid. I think this is the best droid on MOCpages! Great job! 5/5 |

No words can describe this. The best I've ever done is the legs. You went beyond and made it better than a mini-figure! Now to make it more flexible than a Bionicle. |

Out of all the minifig MOCs with cut modded pieces, this is the King. This is supremely awesomely done! It must have been very hard! But if you could position so well, I'd want some movement at the knees, but that might not be able to hold it up then... Anyway... You seem to have a knack for v.4's, huh? :D Once again, great job. |

i'd pay you some money if youd send me one with jointed legs too. seriously, how much would you charge for that?
I'd have to recast all the parts in resin, and convince my parents to let me sell them. Maybe, say, $5.00. Normal ones go for $2.43 off Bricklink. The price would probably drop once I paid off the price of the silicone, though. This is pretty cheap, considering that the only well-known Star Wars resin-caster, Arealight, sells helmets, heads, and capes for $3-$7. of course, these are all IFs.
Quoting Brady G
Ooh, B2s? The arms may be trouble, but other than the legs, I don't see much else to modify.... Unless you really go over the top and make each slat in the abdomen slide amongst the others. They're made of a stronger plastic, I don't doubt you'll do great! Good luck!
The arms will be trouble, since they're hollow. The legs will be easy. I might also add a permanent stud in the back to attach a jetpack. |

Quoting Moodswim .
I can't see how the head swivels, though.
The head is cut off of the neck, and then glued to a hollow stud that I cut off the top of a 1x1 cylinder. The hollow stud slides snugly onto the neck.
Quoting Brady G
What's next up? Bend the legs, then move onto wampas?
Bend the legs, yes. Wampas, maybe. B2s are next. |
