Updated to v.5....
About this creation
Yeah, yeah, I know. But this is the last one, I promise! Probably. Most likely. Maybe. Hopefully? Mercifully. Anyways, it really depends on your reactions. I'll let the images speak for themselves, but if you guys decide to give me a lot of constructive criticism, there just might be a Version 6....
Not that Constructive Criticism is bad, but....
Why choose Legoarts?
Scale

It's the most important component of any AT-RT: scale. Legoarts' new All Terrain Recon Transport goes above and beyond with its balance of scale and accuracy. Fear not, loyal AT-RT fans, the new Legoarts AT-RT stays within acceptable size ranges! and just under 3 minifigs (12 bricks) high, the walker fits the description of the vehicles seen in Revenge of the Sith. We also would like to point out that a LEGO vehicle can't necessarily be truly scaled to a minifig, because the standard LEGO minifigure doesn't have the same proportions as a human. (a 6-foot tall human at the proportions of a 'fig would be 2 feet wide - Hi, fatso!*)
*Legoarts is in no way prejudiced towards fat people - even ones that are 2 feet wide.
Armament

Equipped with a repeating blaster cannon and mortar launcher, the newest Legoarts AT-RT readily pulverizes your enemies with the flick of a switch. Plus, dual fence cutters are great for slicing up defenses - and Rebel scum!
Propulsion

Speed across the battlefield in Legoarts' latest AT-RT! With movie-accurate cooling vents, full articulation, foot pedals, control yoke, and mini fusion reactor, you won't run out of eco-friendly, efficient energy in crucial situations.
Communication

Stay Connected on the nations largest 3G Network - uh, I mean, Stay Connected to the Galaxy's largest and most reliable HoloNet services with our AT-RT's long range, military grade antennae. And stay connected to the top brass, too.
Articulation

With a whopping 8 points of articulation, our AT-RT is fully poseable for everything from vignettes to animation.
Armor

In addition to the armor we've carried over from Version 4, Version 5 of our praised AT-RT has durasteel plating on its crucial 'legs', reducing the risk of death by over 91.7389752301237%*.
*Not a proven fact.
Detail

From its tall, slim antennae and sloped armor plates to its cooling vents, saddle bag, and touches of sand green, Legoarts' newest Recon Walker is equal to or better than any other on the 'Net, if we do say so ourselves. Legoarts has also painstakingly incorporated its award-winning Natural-Positioning saddle, for a realistic, comfortable seating position.
Profile

At only 5 studs wide at it's widest point, our latest walker is streamlined with a minimal frontal profile, making it harder to hit and energy efficient, while maintaining an accurate, stylish, sleek design.
More Pics:
Of Note: Yeah, the front on view is the same as the "Profile" pic. And on the last pic, you can see the stud receptacles.
Thanks for looking, faithful and long-suffering AT-RT fans!

either you glued all that together or it falls apart as much as battle droids with an overdose of carvanium. ...OR you managed to pull off some super-crazy little-known trick for holding it all together that, in my sixteen years of LEGO building experience, I've never even heard of. not sure which it is, but this is plain amazing no matter what. constructive criticism... umm... well, a link to Wookie might be nice so it doesn't take 15 minutes to read through the Aurebesh. by the way, what's this about these twin cutter things? I don't know much about AT-RTs, but I've certainly never heard of it having any built-in cutting equipment. |

Really good job, Ep.III AT-RTs are bigger than when clones where phase 1 so if this is supposed to be for phase 2s, i do think the front-top armored section is too small, maybe make it slightly larger so it looks more accurate. Thanks for listening. I like the legs. |

I take it this will be the last one? I'm feeling a bit faint of heart, Don't think I han handle another one. (Ah, you've gotten yourself a "basic" font? I've got Klingon!)
This is probably my last minifig scale AT-RT, but I might try my hand at a larger scale next, such as Miniland scale. Not sure what 'Klingon' is.

if this were a set I might actually go through the troule to get at least 2 of these and make a diorama to go around it. easily above expeectations, though you raised the bar pretty frikin high if you decide to make a fifth version.
I wish they were a set. LEGO would make so much more money if they used this in their clone battle packs. I made a diorama around my v.3s, it's the Battle of Kashyyyk vignette. |
