Savarath, the Mystical Green Dragon
In the battle among the ancient dragon, Savarath, the mystical green dragon, stands out from the rest. He is very rarely seen probably because he likes to hide his true appearance.
As one of the few surviving remaining ancient dragon, Savarath possesses the most powerful magical abilities among all of the dragons.
The following are his special abilities:
1.Transformation.-- He has the ability to transform himself into many kinds of rahi. In disguise form, he usually transforms himself to a powerful sorcerer toa, Tharavas.
2. Spell of Immobilization.-- By chanting an ancient spell only known to Savarath, he is able to immobilize anyone within a 500 meter radius for 10 minutes.
3. Spell of protection.By chanting an ancient spell only known to Savarath, he is able to magically protect himself from all physical and magical attacks for a brief period depending on the strength of the attack.
4. Hand of Destruction Using his magical abilities, he briefly magnifies his attack(claw or tail attack) ten folds in hitting strength and damage.
5. Teleportation Aside from the ability to fly like most dragon, Savarath has the unique ability to teleport himself.
6. Magic of Illusion One his most unique powers is his ability to create an illusion to confuse or set a trap or a test.
7. Silent tongue By chanting an ancient spell only known to Savarath, he can silence anyone. This is effective in combating other magical being that chant spells and beings that uses sound attacks.
8. Reptilian Control Savarath has the unique ability to control any reptilian type rahi to aide him.
Creators Comments:
Savarath is the fifth dragon that I have made from my bionicle Dragon series. Savarath is my only green dragon using dark green, lime green, green, some black and grey. To see others ancient dragons I already made, go to my page.
Savarath is quite a gigantic creation with the following dimensions.
Wing tip to floor around 25 inches (64 cm)
Maximum Wing Span 16 inches(40 cm)
Head to floor 21 inches (54 cm)
Total length 52 inches( 132 cm)
I designed Savarath with one continuous long snakelike body to make it unique and different from the other dragons I have already made.
While Savarath is gigantic, it still has the following articulation.
1. Neck Its head can be tilted(left, right, up and down)
2. Mouth- Its mouth can close/open. If I remove its tongue, it can even shut its mouth
3. Frill His frill on its head can be moved.
4. Tongue His tongue can be rotated easily.
5. Arms- Both of its arms are designed to be able to move.
6. Hand and claws His hand can be rotated while his claws are all movable
7. Tail Its long tail is fully pose able and flexible while the spikes on the tail are also flexible.
8. Wings- Its gigantic wing can be moved as well.
9. Torso His whole body can tilt around 12 degrees forward and backward.
From all the creations I have made, I particularly like the head design of Savarath. I wanted to achieve to classic green reptilian dragon and I think I succeeded, with the help of some new bionicle parts.
I APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS ON THIS LATEST CREATION OF MINE.
THANK YOU FOR VISITING AND PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT OR ANY CRITISISM FOR ANY IMPROVEMENTS.

Thats really cool. How long did it take you to build that? Some of the powers don't match him but they are still good.
I think this moc only took me around a total of 5 hours. It used to take me much longer to build dragons, but I guess the experiences that I have gained has cut the time to make such big mocs nowadays.
With regards to the powers, I guess i've run out of new powers to give to different dragons I have already made. hehe. At first I wanted to reserve the magical powers to a gold dragon but gold lego parts are very rare and I doubt I would be able to make such a majestic dragon without resorting to spray painting the pieces.
Anyway, I hope you liked my July creation. I will build again something new come August.

I have to say, most impressive. My only concern is that some areas (*coughupperwingscough*) look a little rushed, i think you should look into it. Still amazing :) |

That is INSANE how many pieces does he have? give me an estimate.
Savarath has around 380 pieces more or less. He does not hold the distinction of having the most parts. That record belongs to my Razuma, the Dragon King of the Seas which was much tougher to build and weigh much heavier.

Thisss Isss Awesssome Harvey this isss one of the bessst dragonsss I've ssseen. One word of advice though, try making a dragon like thisss that has two armsss, two legsss, and two wingsss, to me-they look much better.
Actually, at first I was going to design Savarath with the common legs found in many dragons but my son challenged me to make instead a body of long snake but can still STAND UPRIGHT. At first, I thought that would be difficult since Savarath had a huge and heavy upper body with wings that it might be difficult to have it stand without two supporting legs. However, I figure I can use Savarath long body and symetric features and enough lower weight to balance and support him. In the end, I managed to pull it off to the point that he can stand easily even at a slightly forward with an electric fan powered to high blowing him.
After I managed to accomplish his challenge, he revised his challenge and told me that his body should also be able to curl or coil like a snake. Hahaha. |

I will try to design a Wyrmknight, probably a huge dragon with a toa size knight with a lance riding on its back.
