A simple design for a personal flier to be used in a later story.
About this creation
A simple little flier I created for use in my Iron Staff story. The story is on hold as I had a 'You ain't got the bricks to build what your imagination is asking for' moment. Still, no need to waste a perfectly good idea for a flier/ fighter is there? Treat it as a WIP or a view of things to come.

This is also my first attempt at an almost studless design. I like SNOT, but I think studs are integral to Lego too.

The intention 'In-story' was for this to be blown up in the first scene! I promised myself not to spend more than a night per build on any of my set-dressing.

Our mysterious lead character, Iron Staff. The story is to be set in a near-future with oriental influences. Staff is seen here in his travel suit for the harsh environment, with his namesake weapon.

Don't worry about telling the story...just show little parts of it when you can. Not enough bricks for the death star? OK, just build a TIE fighter and move on. Don't let your ambition become your mill sotone. As for the MOC...compact, direct, cool. I like it. Can you add landing gear? That would be slick! But make no mistake, this thing already rocks. Attack!

Mate this is anything but simple. This is a wicked little build, full of clever angles and parts usage. I can see the work of a skilled builder in this, well done. It ain't easy to make such a compact design actually look good but you have. Great build, and thanx for crating my GT.

Some strange angles here, I like how you used the pieces to create different shapes.

Nice, compact design, almost like an escape pod... I especially like the cockpit, well done!

I really like the angle you gave to the engine's vents. Great job in such a compact model :)
