One of the coolest looking characters from Revenge of the Fallen in my opinion. The "arms" connecting his head to the wheels are jointed at the "elbow", and can even switch places. Giving him that ability was very difficult, for it meant that I would have to find a way to make the head and shoulders remain in a fixed position, while the wheels flipped places. He is fully articulated, except for his head which can't turn from side to side do to the lack of a neck underneath his head.
