I have been surrounded by boys who like Star Wars Lego until this year when my oldest son completed all 5 buildings from the Market Street set. I fell in love with the details of those buildings, and thought how great it would be if Lego would create a Victorian house. Each of the two buildings is built on 2 extra-large, 15-inch-square baseplates. The taller, sand-blue building is 32" tall.

In fact, just how big is this?

It's pretty close, but only accidentally so. I used the Belville tub, sinks, and some cabinets and they fit pretty well. Everything else was built from scratch. My scale was determined by the windows. I built them so that the framing was one plate thick and without gaps and everything else was built to match.

My mouth is sore from gaping so wide! Every single detail is wonderful. I would love to try building on this scale. Is it a Belville scale?

The siding is made up of 1x1 headlight bricks with tiles.

This was one of the most eye-catching things at Brickworld. I really liked the detail, but more than anything, I thought it would be fun to play with.

Lovely model. I like your building style a lot and the scale is also perfect for detailing. A while ago I already noticed this model after the first pictures where posted of the BrickWorld event and was in awe. Continue your work, your models are one by one beautiful. I hope I'm able to see them in real life some time.

Haven't seen a true masterpiece for a little bit, but this one definitely is just that. There's really no difference in quality from this and the stuff you find done by the "professionals" at the Legoland parks. And all those 1x1 funky pieces... Subtract the front yard (it gives it away) and I think there would be less people who recognize this as being made of LEGOs then there would be people who do.

Impressively detailed. This MOC is Miniland quality (or better)! It almost makes me want to build in this scale; unfortunately it would break my budget.

I love this soooo much. Words cannot express! MOCpages TIP: After each picture in edit mode, hit 'enter' about 5 or 6 times to space out the code and the images will line up on the left, in stead of staggering across the screen. Again, great work! Wish I would have seen it in person!

I can't count that high :-) Those are, however, Lego towels - from their Belville sets. So are the cloth mattresses. I don't use non-Lego parts!

Details are incredible. Too bad the towels in the bath aren't made from Lego bricks, they ruin an otherwise good build :P. But I want to know how many tiles are in it.
