These clones are part of the first elite corps from the clone wars episode when they capture Vice Roy. The commanders name is Gree and all the clones carry ammo packs and detonators.
About this creation

This is commander Gree.

My elite rocket clone.

this is what the back of the clones looks like.

These are the normal troops.

And lastly these are the ammo packs/detonator packs slung over their shoulder.

i think they're name is the 41st elite legion look it up at wookieepedia just press the link http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/41st_Elite_Legion
