YOU might not have noticed, but the feet on the old model were off-set by about a plate. I decided to fix that.
About this creation
So, what's new?
New gun, capable of fitting a bayonet, inspired by a couple of Federation Lore scans from MP2: Echoes.
New lower leg/foot assemblies, because the old ones didn't look right.
That's about it, really.
But they're more substantial reasons for a Version 2 than some I've seen on here.
Oh yeh, I did the ankle updates to my Samus fig too.

A rough semblence of the Ing infested Dark Trooper's shooting pose from Echoes.
Those things are a little too close to zombies for comfort.
After the umpteenth occurence of various spasms, deaths, seizures and poisonings, (sometimes all at once), Galactic Federation Marine Corps High Command made the announcement that Federation infantry troops were no longer to eat alien plants before lengthy toxicity tests had concluded.
Following the supply of this image, along with reports on the event from several independant witnesses, GFMC Command also announced that troopers were not permitted to pet potentially venemous reptiles, no matter how small. (the reptiles, not the troopers)
They also stated in that notice that if a trooper encountered a poisonous snake larger than himself, petting it should be among the last things he should do.
Here's the basic skeleton, the closest thing to instructions I'm liable to post for this version.

Great GF Trooper! I bought Trilogy yesterday! Truly a bargain for 3 great games and an insert! I've seen the GF Troopers in Echoes, hanging from the ceiling. My little bro got spooked by that. I played Corruption for a bit, and I liked the PED suits. I progressed through the first game the most however. About your MOC, great build! Looks close enough to the real troops! |
