This is for J-Mann N's group U.T.M. (United Terrain Military). As the war waged on, attacks against the U.T.M. increased in size and severity. In response, the U.T.M. began to modify and upgrade their fleet of land, air, and space vehicles. One of the first upgrades was to the hardsuit model HS-35. The new series, dubbed HS 36 H.A.R.M. (Heavy Armored Recon Mech) was more heavily armed and armored than it's predecessor. Combining the double impact of EMP cannon and gattling missile launcher, H.A.R.M. lived up to it's name!

Dude, I'm in love with your mechs. You couldn't have made this mech any better: great colours, cockpit is funtional and looks good, and the weapons look great! Awesome!

excellent moc! one thing, EMP stands for electro magnetic pules, so a EMP pules cannon seams to be a silly name. still a great moc.
