The year 2030. As intelligence systems keep evolving, the Millitary saw the need of a new reconnaisance aircraft to meet the ever-growing limits of intelligence technology. The result? A UAV, which performs even better manned, capable of state-of-the art stealth, VTOL, and reconnaisance capabilities, being able to see enemy grounds and activity at low altitude, using both photographic and radar reconnaisance, or just simpling disabling its foes, and come back undetected. It is called Spectre. And the Millitary anticipates maximum results from it.
About this creation
The twin grey dish-like Electromagnetic Force-Field Emitters (EFFE) can disable and disrupt enemy radar, as well as protecting the craft from hypersonic bullets.(bullets in 2030 usually go at mach 6.)
Back. The Spectre uses three engines, two VTOL-capable, all of them using silent, submarine-like propeller blades in order to enhance the aircraft's stealth abilities.
Under the seat, used in manned missions, the Spectre displays a powerful 30-mm cannon derived from the A-10 Thunderbolt's nose mounted cannon.
The Spectre uses high-density Liquid hydrogen as fuel, stored in two tanks protected by criss-crossing Electromagnetic beams. Why does it use Liquid hydrogen? Well, because Jet fuel is a rarity in the 2030's.
