I recently saw the new JJ abram's Star Trek film, and I told myself that I had to build the enterprise. I even made it a fleet of mini shuttles. I had to destroy my
x-35, but it was worth it. I am personally pleased with the results. By popular demand, I have remove the oversized "NCC-1701" letters from the front, and it actually does look nicer.

Great ship. Great music. It's a mix of Star Trek and Star Wars Theme, same with the movie. Great visuals but some problems in the story. I'm sure, ST 12 will be a step better. Can't wait. |

actually I have seen megablock models of the original starships, and I even got one for my dad a while back. the only thing is megablocks doesn't have the same building style lego does, and often has absolutely no support holding it together until it's completely done. |

I agree, but I wonder why they don't? Is it because that other company (probably Hasbro) is already making toys for the movie? By the way, it doesn't matter how "good" anyone else's model is, you should still build your own version. |
