Hunter-gatherers
A contest entry. Not trogdoglytes, like most of you, hunter-gatherers. Warning: potentially offensive jokes ahead.
About this creation
This is an entry for the Soldiers contest, at http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/3224, and as I said there, it's from a time when men were men and had no compunctions against dangling their privates in front of the viewers. I'd have had a picture of Urgh and Url holding a pair of privates up by their heels, but I discarded it before long as unworkable.

Pvt. Og, having hacked off the last of the meat from the dead deer, was slightly miffed that he'd gone to all that trouble to kill it and only ended up getting half of it.

Cpl. Urgh here is eating a banana; sorry 'bout that, but his grandmother was a forager and that sort of un-natural behavior takes time to breed out of the family.

Urgh glowered at the un-wanted canid: 'come any closer and I'll pound you' he thought.

Pvt. Url was as angry as usual, partly with not getting much of the deer and partly because the squad mascot had just wet his pants leg.

My little brother's skeleton horse was a guest star in this moc; I'm sorry to see him go; he was delicious.

I'm not sure I got the fire looking right; at least it's vastly superior to my last attempt.

Pvts Glog and Pharg, at the far left, made a deal with me: I'd tell nothing more about them than their names and their ranks, and in return they'd leave me alone.

Yeah, so they're schizophrenic; you got a problem with that? Uh?

Well, that's that; sorry about the flaunting of the 'five or more' rule, but I forgot about it and ran out of yeller body parts. Also apologize for the flag/emblem, but I figgered hunter-gatherers/soldiers would use an animal for an emblem instead and since they haven't discovered taxidermy yet...
Oh, and on the life-history front, these are desert dwelling cavemen. Which, I suppose, makes them not cavemen, but whatever floats your log.

Anyway, being hunter-gatherer-soldiers, their life histories are not exactly thrilling reading: Og: day 17-uh... um...43: got up. Hit Glog. Got bashed up by Pharg. Made water on bush. Nearly got bitten off by bitey-worm. Ran away from bitey-worm. Walked with Url and Urgh and Pharg and Glog for ages. Killed fourleg-yummy and ate. Got bashed up by Url when cooking leg. Stole leg back from Url. Was hit by Urgh for being a filthy savage and eating fourleg-yummy. Wish could hit Urgh but Urgh more important. Me want be important too.

See?
