A lone Jedi, hunted by the Empire, unleashes his full power and becomes one with the force...
About this creation
This vig is of a Jedi being attacked by what seems to be a lone stormie (as I only have one!) This takes place not long after the rise of the Empire. The Jedi is of course, me, Gus Indo in Jedi sig fig form. I have sick force power!
well, I have no clue where this is located, but what happened was a water line cracked, flooding the industrial building. The Jedi is pulling the water into a wave, sucking in troopers in its wake. The wind from the massive force pull is ripping up tiles from the floor and making his cape billow.
I worked hard to incorporate lots of the action and effects associated with force powers. I got all artsy doing this. For added effect, make sounds like Foooshooommmmmm and clackkkinaashhhinnggggcleich for water and the tiles ripping off from wind and stuff.
This is no doubt my best vig I have ever made. I know it's not the true vig size, so I suppose it's a big-nette or something...
The photography was hard and I am not that great at it. You may not believe me, but this was actually photographed on my lawn.
I know, "one with the force" often meant to die but I also take it as to give yourself up to the force, letting it guide you, creating the power to do things you would not be able to do otherwise.
Thanks for viewing! I hope you will comment!
This was inspired by any great detailed vigs out there and also my treamendous load of translucent blue single-studders!
Hey, comment enough and I'll make another, with a new force power! maybe a storyline?!?
Hey guys, thanks for helping me get on the explore page!!! still, comments appreciated greatly.
EDIT- I have received a completely unexpected MotD on the homepage. Best day of my life (so far)
(4/5) Nice job! I definitely love the amount of detailing in here. "but I also take it as to give yourself up to the force, letting it guide you, creating the power to do things you would not be able to do otherwise." -gave me a sudden flash of starkiller from Force Unleashed lol
at first i thought it was a huge blast of force lightning or some such engery wave, but water works too. i really like how you made all the debris look like it was fly through the air, it's really well done. i like this so much that i will even say this about it: "awesomeness!" (i only say that about mocs that i think are really really good)
Nice i like the idea although maybe you should add white pieces for the tips of the water because at first i thought the blue was some sort of hologram.Nice build any way especially nice detail in the rubble.
Just great, btw, I made the sounds and your right, it does make the moc so much cooler! Also to answer your question, yellow heads, I stay original, I hope lego doesn't completely transition to fleshy heads.
Amazing. as the jedi lifts the water, and the storm trooper,he is ripping and pushing all the other items away I.E. the metal. i like the old heads better, because there are more of them than the fleshies.

cool, i don't know if i commented befor and i was to lazy to ga all the way down.
P.S. happy 80 comments :):):)
P.P.S. isn't it about time to make another one soon.
Nice effect and good vig. I use both fleshies and yellow figs mixed- because i don't have enough flesh characters- if possible i use fleshies for star wars or indy stuff, but yellow is ok too- i have many good official yellow figs like count dooku. And i see no problem in using yellows and fleshies together-color of the skin can be as individual in legocharacters as in the real world... btw check out my vigs please...
I chose fleshies for things like Star Wars, because they make the whole section with fleshies, and why make a new Anikan, all of your clones, Obi Wan, and pretty much everyone else like Count Dooku, to flesh.
GREAT wave effect, but like Cody said, if you have random legs and arms sticking out it looks like more troopers. But this is still a 5/5. Personally, I prefer yellow and I have many more of those than fleshies. Fleshies are good for bloodless bodies or elves or aliens, but yellow is better for minifigs in my opinion. I am still open to accept fleshies, though. But yellow can be irreplaceable. Try to picture the screaming Viking head in fleshy!

great job! but since you only have one stormtrooper, you could have taken him apart and had the legs sticking out one part of the wave, and the torso with the head somewhere else, giving the illusion that there are more than one stormtrooper.
I was thinking of that, and he is taken apart
his legs are not there.
hehe, man this thing is so awesome dude- one of your best vigs keep it up dude

This is a great discovery Gus! The day you make another force power! All the blue stud pieces really make the build more jaw dropping, and the detailed floor and the Jedi don't look bad either. Oh, and could you check out my venator?

Ya know, I don't mind whether I use fleshie or classic. Either way, you get a minifig. On to this vig. It's awesome. The wave is awesome, the flying tiles is awesome. Just awesome. You gotta make another one, coz this is like The Secret Apprentice amplified by about 100 times. WAY COOLER THAN THE FORCE UNLEASHED!
Awww, the idea was so good too! You just need more turbulence in the water, it's too sterile; water needs to look fluidic, and even if you have "sick force powers" the chaos of flowing water is unavoidable. Try alternating the distance that the water is from the 'coast', and then give and take a few tiles here and there to simulate turbulence. Cool though!
