A micro-vig by Areetsa, bringing the world of the retarded under-aged FPS gamer to mocpages, one 4x4 square at a time.
About this creation
KABOOM!!
Love em' or hate em', the sniper is a vital part of the strategist's plans, being able to flush the enemy out, suppress them, even wipe them out, if supported.
Sometimes arrogant and unreasonable, sometimes considerate and team-minded, snipers are a mixed bunch and whatever kind you get, you can be sure he'll help bring the enemy down.

They have some of the strongest eardrums in the game, and with all the abuse shouted at them by their kills, they need them.
Their ears also help keep them alive: a lot of them operate alone, instead of with a friend, and thus have to be aware of any footsteps around them.
All told, the job of a sniper is easy to learn and hard to master, but is also one of the most useful roles; a competent sniper watching the backs of his team can really help them survive.
Oh, and a sniper nest tends to attract attention from the enemy, allowing the rest of the team a respite from the withering machinegun fire usually directed against them.

Expect another eleven of this sort of thing in the next day or so, I've made a whole bundle of them to illustrate the sorts of characters you MIGHT encounter online.
I've never played an online FPS, so accuracy is debatable.
Although if any the things I've read are right, most of the online FPS-er's are little kids, so at least one of these HAS to be correct.

So, everything. Just wondering... how can you fit through doorways with all that stuff in your pack? The pack that holds the sniper rifle, and the 50 kilos of nitroglycerin, and the MG34, and the 2000 rounds of ammunition, and the pistol, and the 16 different types of hand grenade, and the grenade launcher, and the three or four medikits, but still lets you run like an olympic sprinter?
Ah, the magic of video games...
If I was allowed to play, I would probably be a sniper. That's what I am when I play at my friends' houses, though, so... |

It is just the war the game works, I collect weapons, then head somewhere and prepair |

Well, it's really just a matter of crouching under cover. It's not like they can see through walls. |

You're very accurate with the real-world portrayals here, I actually don't believe you haven't played an online FPS before ('course, me neither)
Well, the description and original intent is as accurate as possible, but the figs and associated accessories are a bit stylized to make it obvious how they behave. Thus, a camper has a campfire, a machinegun kangaroo is three feet in the air, a bot has a blank face, etc. etc. |

Dont you just hate camping? its really shows the sniper is a wuss who has to hide to take out his enemys but then again he is a sniper. Im adding you as a favrote builder b/c i want MORE of this stuff. Im going to make something LIKE this. And since you gave me the idea i promise no custom anything "purist loving moc"
Nah, this isn't a camper. Just a 'normal' sniper, who has a brain and moves around occasionally; you never know, mr. butterfingers bazookaman might actually hit the target for once and that'd be kind of a shame, wouldn't it? If you want to make something similar, you're welcome; I'd like to see someone else's take on the mindless (sorry, supersmart genius) denizens of Counterstrike and Medal of Honor, among so many other games. |
