AC Mech: GF-06Z "PCR".
Finally! I got the time and the batteries! Don't blame me for the lack of background; I tried what I could do...
About this creation
PS: Don't blame me by the BG! I didn't had a cardboard so I had to improvize! And please ignore the stand; And yes! It's uses (althought partially modified) L-Frame n2 (by Izzo, of course)

WHO THE H___ TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS?!

Ahh! That's much better.

Beware of my lasers! DUAL LASERS!

Even without stand, it perfectly supports very good!

IMA CHARGIN MAH LAZER! SHOOT DAH SWOOP!

AGH! I just got slice'd!

As for the waist, I had to modify the lower torso section of the frame so it could perfectly rotate 360. It was quite simple, as it also the mechs from the EXOFORCE theme (well...some) use this system. It was quite good the system, and the 4 legs enabled to perfectly support the upper section's weight.

Where the heck this pic came from?!

So then...

Quoting Toby Heinemann Nice work! The colors are very vibrant, which is unusual at times, but in this case works very well. The legs, though slim, support the weight and look like they would, as well. So, great work. Also, did you see that I e-mailed you some sketches of race mecha?
I'm at school right now! Thanks for emailing them. I'll see them right away! -LC-

a very unique design, the color is good as well. you went a little bit over board on your lighting, on this and several MOCs of yours, you can't really see the detail because the shadows interfere. this one is better though.

I think the decals look nice. All this needs is a little polishing and more detail. Excellent job!

Well then. I don't normally get excited about mechs like this that aren't humanoid...ish. I make exceptions for Vertical tanks and now, most certainly, this. Great piece usage and color choice. I love how the armor overlaps on the torso and the guns. Really, fantastic work. Keep on building ~ Nowhereman
