for the most part, yes. the reason for no helmet is because he doesn't have coalition-standard armor. he came wearing a cop fleet lord uniform. he also had his battle armor...well, that would give away a lot of story.

sure. i dont mind the blaster, but i would actually prefer no helmet. if you have a regular smiley head /w no hair, that would work better. if not, the helmet will work
