My third Toa Zara.
About this creation
Toa Ocenra is very fast, very bold, and very feisty.
She wears the Kanoa Shapia, the Great mask of shape-shifting, which allows her to transform into anyone, anything, or any combination of things she can think of, and it gives her their forms, powers, weapons, abilities, voice, and even some of their knowledge in the process.

She uses the great Staff of the ocean, and the Sword of Underwater Flame.
