About this creation

There's a guy out there called Solus Maximus who built an entire racing game around modded versions of the Ice-Sat V. I'm never one to miss a bandwagon, so I decided to build my own racer in the yellow and black colors of the Golden Bolt.

I never owned the original Ice-Sat, and all I know of the Ice Planet 2002 is a little set I got an an uncle's wedding and the Deep Freeze Defender which was in a big ol' box of sets I got for free.

No faction that drives huge missiles around can be up to any good.

The control panel in the back is used to sight the rocket, incase the racer needs to destroy a small town.

The mandatory controls.

Sans missile. This vehicle can be used for both war or racing. Generally, the warhead in the missile is disarmed before the truck hits the race track. Otherwise it could end up like the unfortunate incident on Orracas IX.

Here's the missile, packed with a devastating warhead. These giant weapons are used to destroy mechs and structures.

Team Golden Bolt in all their finery. I'll post more of the racing data later.

I'dont know how you did find the pieces all in yellow or black but its looks more dangerous now its almost perfect, by the way I hav a original version in perfect original state without box but with instructions.:)

Nice rebuild. The link doesn't work but I did look for the set and saw the picture. Better job with new pieces and the black and yellow just looks cooler. I not a fan of the Ice sets and that picture reminded me how much. see ya. garth
